Sriera Development Sdn Bhd is a fast growing property development company in Kuala Lumpur.
Established by a team of property professionals in 2001, we started our history with a RM140 million maiden project in Taman Medan Jaya, off Old Klang Road. By 2008 we have completed around 1,400 residential apartments and shop offices which are now fully sold and delivered.
More recently, Sriera has secured other projects in Kuala Lumpur in the Ampang vicinity. Sriera's growth has been largely due to our team's experience in identifying and capitalizing on property market opportunities in the Klang Valley. We focus on projects which are well located or those which can provide a unique niche in the marketplace.
